Cancellation/prepayment

A £50 deposit is due at the time of booking, free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, any cancellations after that will be subject to full payment.

Pets

We are pet friendly in our Durham room for 1 well behaved pet. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this further.

Breakages/damages

Guests responsible for any breakages or damages to the accommodation or its contents may be charged any repair costs.

Smoking

A “No smoking” policy applies to all areas, however we do provide a seating area outside the property for smoking if required.

Damages

2 Stanhope Hall does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Arrival

Guests are kindly requested to inform 2 Stanhope Hall of their estimated time of arrival if this may be after 17:00.

Arrivals after 21:00 hours are not permitted unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

Parking

2 Stanhope Hall offers full parking facilities within the grounds.
